This insurance program has been specifically designed for individual or group musical entertainers who are independent contractors performing for private or public events or parties. The program provides liability protection to the individual performer or group and any group members and includes auditions, rehearsals and performances. Coverage is also extended to substitute performers of the named entity.
Commercial general liability protects the named insured against liability claims for bodily injury and property damage arising out of their activities for performance, auditions, and rehearsals. Personal and advertising injury coverages are included. No deductible applies.

Notable Exclusions - Abuse or molestation, Employment related practices, Libel, slander, defamation of character, humiliation, invasion of right of privacy, Infringement of copyright, title or slogan, piracy or unfair competition or misappropriation of an idea, Bodily injury or personal and advertising injury to the performers arising out of the operations by or on behalf of the named insured.
